【摘要】 目的探讨放疗联合小剂量顺铂对恶性肿瘤骨转移的止痛效果。方法将符合条件的分成单纯放疗组、放疗联合顺铂组,观察止痛疗效。结果单纯放疗组与放疗联合顺铂组,止痛疗效相似(χ2=1·50,P>0·05)。对中度以上疼痛完全缓解率放疗联合顺铂组优于单纯放疗组(χ2=4·01,P>0·05)。结论放疗联合顺铂治疗骨转移癌,对中度以上疼痛可提高完全缓解率,不明显增加毒副作用,可以值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of radiotherapy combined with low-dose cisplatin in patients with bone metastasis.Methods From May 1996 to May 2005,87 patients with bone metastasis were randomly divided into radiotherapy group (45 patients) and radiotherapy combine with low-dose cisplatin (42 patients).Results The partial response rate of radiotherapy group or combination group was 84%,90%(χ~2=1.50,P>0.05).And the complete response rate was 13% and 33% in radiotherapy or combination group,There was significant differences between the two groups(χ~2=4.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Radiotherapy combination with low-dose cisplatin improve the patients’ quality of life.It is worthy of further clinical trial.更多还原
