【摘要】 目的探讨丙种球蛋白静脉注射对小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法在大量维生素C、能量合剂等基础治疗前提下,用丙种球蛋白400mg/(kg·d),1次/d,连用5d。结果治疗组42例中,显效28例,有效10例,无效4例,临床总有效率为90·48%。与对照组73·81%比较,差异显著。结论小儿病毒性心肌炎在基础治疗的前提下,应用丙种球蛋白治疗,临床效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the curative effect of treatment of children virus myocarditis with injection of gamma globulin. Methods On the base of routine therapy, the gamma globulin of 400 mg/kg was injected per day for 5 days. Results There were 28 cases of 42 excellent, 10 cases good and 4 cases non-effective with total rate of 90.48% compared with control group of 73.81% significantly. Conclusion The gamma globulin injection might be effective on the base of routine therapy for children viral myocarditis.更多还原
