【摘要】 目的我们分别采用硬膜外麻醉与丙泊酚-芬太尼全身麻醉两种方法,并观察这两种麻醉方法的麻醉效果和安全性。方法我们选用ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级的气压弹道碎石术的病人120例,随机分为两组,A组选L2,3或L3,4行硬膜外麻醉,B组丙泊酚-芬太尼全身麻醉方法。对两组的血压、心率、SpO2进行统计学分析。结果两组的血压、心率、SpO2统计学有显著性差异。结论两种方法各有利弊,但都可以为输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术,提供安全有效的麻醉。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the anesthesia effect and safety of two methods（epidural and general anesthesia） in lithoclasty with ureteroscope.Methods 120 cases of ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ such patient were divided into two groups.Group A was underwent at L2,3 or L3,4 epidural anesthesia.Group B was underwent propofol and fentanyl general anesthesia.The Bp,HR and SpO₂ were analyzed.Results The Bp,HR and SpO₂ in both groups were significant difference.Conclusion The two different methods might have their own advantages that supply the good effect for lithoclasty with ureteroscope.更多还原
