【摘要】 目的探讨防止翼状胬肉复发的有效手术方法。方法46例患者53眼,初发48眼,复发5眼。采用显微镜下彻底分离结膜下增生的胬肉组织,包括周围1.0 mm正常的筋膜组织,剪除胬内体及头颈部,刮净切除角膜上的变性组织,球结膜瓣下联合应用丝裂霉素者,球结膜固定于距角巩膜缘外3.0 mm处,复发者则保留较多的球结膜,便于向下转移,从下睑出针褥式缝合固定。术后合理用药,术后观察随访6~18个月。结果46例患者53眼均获得根治性治愈,2眼出现肉芽增生,经局部处理无真性胬肉复发,1眼术后有血管纤维增生,未达角膜缘。结论显微镜下翼状胬肉切除联合应用丝裂霉素是治疗翼状胬肉的有效方法,对于复发者,采用了转移,术后复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effective operative method of prevention of pterygium relapse.Methods 53 eyes of 46 cases (Primary 48 eyes and relapse 5 cases) were performed with combined resection and mitomycin therapy with reasonable drug using after operation.Results 53 eyes were cured after 6 to 18 months follow-up.2 eyes had proliferation of granulation without relapse after treatment.1 eye had proliferation of vascular fibre that un-involved cornea.Conclusion The pterygium resection under microscope combined with mitomycin might be better method to prevent the relapse after operation.更多还原
