【摘要】 目的观察分析视网膜母细胞瘤(Retinoblastoma,Rb)的病理形态,临床表现、治疗及预后。方法对24例Rb眼球摘除标本进行病理切片形态观察及光镜观察。结果24例Rb中,分化型4例,瘤细胞排列成菊花团,有长方形、正方形、梯形或锥形细胞组成,中央围绕一空腔;未分化型20例,瘤细胞核大部分深染,形态大小不一,呈圆形、椭圆形、梭形。异型性明显,胞质较少,分裂像多见,瘤细胞呈套环状包绕在血管周围,可见有缺血性凝固性坏死,坏死区有钙化和炎细胞浸润。结论Rb的临床表现与病理形态具有特异性,治疗方法多样,预后与多因素有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe and analyze the pathology,clinic treatment and prognosis of retinoblastlma(Rb).Methods Observe the pathological pattern for 24 cases retinoblastoma eyeball excised under a light microscope.Results Among the whole of 24 cases,4cases were differentiated type,RB cells arranged like chrysanthemum,rectangle cells,square cells,triangle cells,ladder-shaped cells formed the plaque,there is a cavity in the center.20 cases were undifferentiated type,most of them were kayo-stained deep,area differ from big to small,the shape could vary round,ellipse,fusiform shape.Atypia were obvious,cytoplasm were rare,karyokinesis often were seen.The blood vessels were surround by cancer cells.Conclusions The pathology,clinic of retinoblastoms were characteristical,diversity of treatment and prognosis of retinoblastoma was related to many factors.更多还原
