【摘要】 目的观察中药辨证分层换药治疗顽固性疮疡的临床疗效。方法将接受换药治疗的141例疮疡患者随机分为三组。A组(47例,60处疮面)采用西药换药,B组(45例,60处疮面)采用中药常规换药,C组(49例,60处疮面)采用中药辨证分层换药。比较三组疮疡疮面的愈合过程,疮面面积的变化,疮面脓液中溶菌酶含量及疗效。结果C组疮面愈合时间显著短于A、B组,疮面脓液中溶菌酶含量显著高于A、B组(均P<0.05)。疮面治疗2～4周,C组疮面面积显著小于A、B组(均P<0.05)。三组总有效率分别为81.67%、83.33%、95.00%,C组显著高于A、B组(均P<0.05)。结论中药辨证分层换药是根据疮疡疮面不同圈层面的阴阳变化选用不同的中药外敷,可以起到缩短治疗时间,增加治疗效果的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine layering dressing change in the treatment of intractable sore.Methods One hundred and fourty-one cases of intractable sore were randomly divided into 3 groups:group A,47 cases and 60 sores,receiving western medicine dressing change;group B,45 cases and 60 sores,receiving routine Chinese herbal medicine dressing change;group C,49 cases and 60 sores,receiving Chinese herbal medicine layering dressing exchange.The sore healing,changes in sore size,content of bacteriolysin enzyme and curative effectiveness were compared among the three groups.Results The average healing time of sores was shorter,the content of bacteriolysin enzyme was higher in group C than those in groups A and B(all P<0.05).Two-four weeks later,the sore size in group C was significantly reduced as compared with groups A and B(all P<0.05).The overall effective rate among these 3 groups were 81.67%,83.33% and 95.00% respectively.Group C was higher than groups A and B(all P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine layering dressing change could shorten the treatment time and improve the curative effectiveness.更多还原
