自我管理训练对癫患者自理、幸福度及自尊的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨自我管理训练对癫患者生活自理、幸福度及自尊的影响。方法将112例癫患者随机均分为研究组和对照组,各56例。对照组实施一般健康教育,研究组进行自我管理训练,内容包括建立健康档案、与患者建立良好的护患关系、制订自我管理教育处方、接受集体授课等。两组患者出院1年未进行治疗效果比较;采用自理行为问卷(SCBQ)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、自尊量表(SES)对两组患者进行训练前后康复状态的评估。结果训练后研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),SCBQ、GWB、SES评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论自我管理训练能提高患者的自理水平,改善其幸福度,且自尊程度显著提高。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of self-control education on epilepsy patients’ self-care, well-being and self-respect. Methods One hundred and twelve cases were randomly divided into study group and control group (n=56 in each group). The patients in the control group were subjected to general healthy education, while those in the study group to self-control training, including establishing health case, keeping better nurse-patient relationship, establishing receipt of self-control education and studying by group teaching. The SCBQ, GWB and SES were evaluated before and after the interference.Results The effective rate in the study group was statistically significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). The scores of SCBQ, GWB, and SES were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (all P<0.01). Conclusion Self-control education could improve the patients’ self-care level, well-being and self-respect.
