【Abstract】 The access to the WTO has accelerated China’s pace to converge into the international financial system.In the face of the vigorous competition from international financial groups,one issue has become increasingly prominent;China’s strategic choice between the mixed and divided modes of operation.In an effort to enhance the competitiveness of China’s financial sector,it is necessary to explore into the pros and cons of divided operation as well as the necessity and possibility of adopting mixed mode of operation.International experience should be utilized in formulating apractical management system with Chinese characteristics for China’s financial sector.更多还原
