废弃混凝土再生利用的现状分析与研究展望

【摘要】 在建筑工程中,混凝土的用量最大,从旧建筑物拆除的废料中,废弃混凝土约占34%,给环境带来污染,又造成资源的浪费。简要介绍了废弃混凝土目前在国内外的回收利用再生制备状况,研讨废弃混凝土破碎骨料的性能及再生混凝土的物理力学性能,探讨配制再生混凝土的可行性及其应用,提出了再生粗骨料的吸水量(t>0)的计算公式及再生混凝土附加含水量!W的计算方法。可为合理设计再生混凝土配合比,配制高性能再生混凝土和再生绿色混凝土提供理论依据,指出再生混凝土的温度场可用“吴震东公式”精确计算并据此进行强度的估算。

【Abstract】 A large amount of concrete is used in architectural engineering.The abandon concrete is about 34% of total waste materials from pulled down old buildings.It pollutes environment and is wasteful of resource.This paper synopsis introduces to abandon the concrete to make use of the reproduction system in the domestic and international for recovery and making technology,study and discuss the basic mechanics performances of which aggregate is crushed in the abandon concrete as well as the performance of physical mechanics in the recycled concrete,investigation of the possibility of the recycled concrete and it is applied,putting forward the calculation formula of the absorb water quantity(t>0) to the coarse aggregate and the calculation method of quantity(△W>0) of additional waters.In order to design recycled concrete’s mix ratio for the reasonable,for making up concretes of high performances and green concretes of high performances to provide theoretical basis.It point out the calculation of temperature field of recycled concrete may be accurately described by"Wu Zhendong’s formula" and may be estimate the strength of concrete in accordance with the results of calculation.
