低碱“沙琪玛骨架”混凝土配比试验研究

【摘要】 以“沙琪玛骨架”混凝土的水灰比、灰骨比、减水剂掺量及水泥粉煤灰比例作为正交试验考察因素,通过考察四因素对混凝土7、14和28d的无侧限抗压强度和酸碱度的影响及对极差R的分析,得到四因素对强度和酸碱度影响的强弱关系;试验结果也说明在粉煤灰掺量在30% ̄50%时“沙琪玛骨架”混凝土pH值可降至12以下,符合低碱要求“。沙琪玛骨架”混凝土孔隙率一般在44% ̄48%之间,容重是普通建筑石料制成的大孔混凝土的50% ̄60%。

【Abstract】 Through analyzing the concrete’s 7,14,28d unconfined compression strength,pH value and R value,"Shaqima framework" concrete’s orthogonal experiment is designed to obtain the effect of four considering factors including water-binder ratio,binder-aggregate,water reducing agent cement-fly ash ratio on the compressive strength and pH value.Experimental result also shows 30%~50% fly ash content could reduce the "Shaqima framework" concrete’s pH value to 12 even lower.The porosity of "Shaqima framework" concrete is between 44%~48% and the bulk density is 50%~60% weight of concrete made from ordinary aggregate.
