FRP筋与混凝土粘结滑移性能的试验研究
Experimental study on bond behaviors between FRP tendons and concrete
【摘要】 通过对埋入混凝土一定深度的螺纹FRP筋的对称拉拔试验,研究了FRP筋与混凝土间界面的粘结滑移及界面应力传递机理,分析了自FRP筋加载端至自由端界面粘结滑移的发展、传递过程,探讨了FRP筋沿埋入深度方向的界面剪应力变化及界面粘结滑移的破坏特征。本文研究结果表明,FRP筋与混凝土界面剪应力及FRP筋滑移自FRP筋加载端至自由端逐步传递,滑移量逐渐减小;FRP筋混凝土与钢筋混凝土滑移破坏有着本质的区别,钢筋混凝土产生滑移时主要是混凝土撕裂和压碎,而FRP筋混凝土滑移破坏是以筋肋削弱或剪切破坏为主要特征。
【Abstract】 By symmetrical pull-out test research to a certain depth in whorl FRP tendons concrete,the mechanism for the interfacial bond slip and transfer stress between FRP tendons and concrete was studied,the transfer progress of the slippage of the FRP tendon embedded in concrete form its loading end to free end was examined.Discuss FRP tendons shearing strength variety and slip destroy characteristic along embedment length.The experimental results showed that shearing strength and slippage step by step transfer and minish along to load-free end on the interfacia FRP tendons and concrete.FRP tendons concrete and reinforced concrete slip destroy has essential difference.It is main characteristic that concrete were Avulsioned and crunched for reinforced concrete,but tendon rib were weaken and sheared destroy to FRP tendons and concrete in slippage phase.
