用矿粉-激发剂提高混凝土耐久性的试验研究
Research on the Test of Increasing Concrete Durability by Using Mineral Powder-urge Dose
【摘要】 冶金渣-水淬矿渣微粉及激发剂等量取代水泥,配制常用的C20、C30、C40强度等级混凝土。由于填充效应、火山灰效应、微集料效应和改善孔结构等综合作用,不仅比基准混凝土强度高,而且抗渗性、抗冻性能有所提高,有效抑制碱-骨料反应的发生,因而是配制绿色混凝土的重要原料资源。
【Abstract】 To compound the concretes of C20,C30,C40 in common use by metallurgy slag-water tempered slag ash and urge dose replacing the same quantity of cement.Due to the synthetic function of filling effect,volcano ash effect,ting gathering to material effect and improving bore construction,and so on,Not only the concrete has more higher strength than the basis concrete’s,but also better anti-seep,antifreeze,and it will control the occurrence of alkali-aggregate expansion reaction efficiently.So it is an important raw material resource to make up the green concrete.
