【摘要】 积极推进东北人口较少民族的全面发展,对于全面实现“各民族共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展”,实施“兴边富民行动”,构建社会主义和谐社会以及全面建设小康社会都具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。加快东北人口较少民族发展,必须科学合理地规划,要把加快其经济社会的全面发展作为核心问题,要把发展和保护其传统民族文化作为重要内涵,要把提高其民族素质、培养自我发展能力作为根本问题。加快东北人口较少民族发展是一项重要的政治任务和长期的历史任务,必须按照“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观的要求,采取切实可行的措施,实施全面发展战略、可持续发展战略和跨越式发展战略,努力使东北人口较少民族为我国社会主义物质文明、政治文明、精神文明和社会文明建设作出更大的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting actively the comprehensive development of northeastern sparsely populated nationalities is of great practical and further historical significance for realizing the mutual unity and fighting and mutual prosperity and development of all nationalities,putting forward the strategy of frontier development and people prosperity,building the harmonious socialist society and fully constructing the well-off society.To promote the development of northeastern sparsely populated nationalities,we must arrange scientifically and properly and take enhancing their social and economical development as key problems,developing and protecting their traditional culture as important connotation and enhancing their national quality and training self-development ability as basic problems.Enhancing the development of the northeastern sparsely populated nationalities is an important political and long-term historical task.According to the "three representative" policy and scientific development view,we must take feasible measures,carry out full development strategy,sustainable development strategy and leap-over development strategy,and enable the northeastern sparsely populated nationalities to make greater efforts to the socialist physical,political,spiritual and social civilization construction.更多还原
