【摘要】 目的调查糖尿病患者血糖仪持有及使用情况。方法采用电话询问方式了解400例糖尿病患者血糖仪持有情况,并对其中32例血糖仪持有者进行血糖监测频率、监测时段、有无血糖记录、定期血糖仪质控检测、血糖仪来源等进行调查。结果血糖仪持有率低,占8%;32例血糖仪持有者中仅2例在监测频率、监测时段、血糖记录、定期血糖仪质控检测方面符合要求,占持有者的6.3%。结论血糖仪的持有率及使用率均低,对患者应加强血糖自我监控的教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate diabetics’ status of the possession and using of blood glucose monitor.Method We phoned 400 diabetics to ask them whether they had blood glucose monitors,meanwhile we investigated the 32 diabetics who possessed a blood glucose monitor about their monitoring frequency,time,recording,monitor quality checking and their possession methods of monitors.Result Possession rate of blood glucose monitor was low,about 8%;There were only 2 patients meeting the demands of these indexes in the 32 patients, accounting for 9.4%.Conclusion The possession and using rates of blood glucose monitor are very low.Education about self-monitoring of blood glucose should be intensified.更多还原
