【Abstract】 There are some problems that must be solved in our current retrial system.The factors such as the power sources of initiating the retrial procedure must be used to measure the current trail system.The power of courts to initiate the retrial procedure must be cancelled,and applying for retrials and appeals must be distinguished.Meantime,it’s necessary to improve the protest power of people’s procuratorate,in order to establish the harmonious initiation system of retrials.更多还原
