非线性电介质交流激励下响应特性仿真
Performance Simulation of Nonlinear Dielectric under AC Condition
【摘要】 针对电导率和相对介电常数都是非线性的电介质进行性能仿真,首先对处于均匀电场下的非线性电介质进行电路建模,推导出由电压控制型非线性电阻和电容组成的电路在交流电压激励下的响应电流方程,然后应用Matlab仿真分析了在不同频率、不同幅值交流电压波形下,电介质的响应特性。
【Abstract】 This paper simulates the performance of nonlinear conductivity and nonlinear permittivity dielectrics.At first,a non-linear circuit model with voltage-controlled components connected in parallel is built for nonlinear dielectrics to deduce the response current function under the excitation of AC voltage,and then simulate the responses of nonlinear dielectric under different frequencies and different amplitudes AC voltage.
