聚硅氧烷混凝土引气剂的试验研究
Experimental Study on Polysiloxane Concrete Air-entraining Agent
【摘要】 本研究提供了混凝土反应式引气剂的产品———聚硅氧烷混凝土引气剂,完成了制备混凝土反应式引气剂研制的全部过程和初步中试4个环节的全部制备工艺设计、反应参数优化及配方优选的全部试验研究工作。开展了掺聚硅氧烷混凝土引气剂的混凝土的力学性能、抗冻融试验以及抗冻机理的分析。试验结果表明,聚硅氧烷混凝土引气剂对提高混凝土抗冻融耐久性效果十分显著。
【Abstract】 This study sponsors the products of concrete reaction air-entraining agent,namely polysiloxane concrete air-entraining agent,and finishes the whole process of preparing concrete reaction air-entraining agent and the whole technology design of the first mid-experiment of 4 links,reaction parameter optimization and the whole experimental study of dispensing prescription optimization.It expands the concrete mechanics performance of mixed polysiloxane concrete airentraining agent,frost-resisting experiment and analysis of frost-resisting mechanism.The experiments show that the result of polysiloxane concrete air-entraining agent for raising durability of concrete frost-resisting is very markable.
