【摘要】 针对煤矿建设项目的特点,对水土保持方案编制时应重点考虑的区域即矿渣排放区、矿产运输区、给排水工程区、供变电线路生活区,提出其水土保持措施。

【Abstract】 This paper puts forward the measures of soil and water conservation in accordance with the characteristic of coal mine construction.the district to consider mainly such as stags removel district,mineral resources transport district,giving and dischanging work district,power supple circuit and living district when the soil and water conservation plans worked out.
