羊栖菜多糖提取与含量的测定

【摘要】通过水提醇沉方法提取羊栖菜粗多糖,纯化后测定羊栖菜中多糖含量.采用分光光度法、苯酚-硫酸显色法在490 nm处测定其含量.羊栖菜中多糖含量达53.46%,平均加样回收率为99.37%.该方法实验操作简便,准确可靠.更多还原

【Abstract】 To detect the content of polysaccharide frome Sargassum fusiforme,UV-spectrophotometer and phenol-sulfuric method were used,the detection wavelength was 490 nm.The percent of polysaccharide in Sargassum fusiforme was 53.46% and average recovery was 99.37%.This method is simple,convenient and reliable.更多还原
