【摘要】 花粉植株中,一般比较健壮的植株染色体较易自然加倍,而比较细弱的植株自然加倍率则较低。据此,在分蘖期根据花粉植株的生长发育状况,把健壮的、茎粗和叶宽与种子植株相近或接近的材料选出来使其自然加倍,对较弱的植株进行药物处理染色体加倍,自然加倍与药物处理加倍技术相结合,不仅节省了人力物力,还大幅度提高了花培后代的加倍率和结实率。更多还原
