【摘要】 采用生长速率法研究8种杀菌剂对尖孢镰刀菌(Fusariumoxysporum)的毒力测定。结果表明,筛选出3种有明显抑菌作用的药剂苗菌敌、施保克、绿亨2号。其中施保克对尖孢镰刀菌的抑菌效果最好,EC50为0.25mg·L-1;绿亨2号次之,EC50为9.38mg·L-1。3种药剂的相关系数在0.879～0.987,药剂浓度与抑制作用呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Toxicity measurement of 8 funnicides on fusarium oxysporum was studied by growth rate method. The results showed that 3 fungicides, carbendazam-thiram, sportak and green heng Ⅱ , could inhibit the growth of fusarium oxysporum obviously. Among them, sportak was the best, the EC50 was 0.25 mg·L-1. Green heng Ⅱ was the second, the EC50 was 9.38 mg·L-1. The correlation coefficient of 3 fungicides was between 0.879 and 0.987, the correlation of fungicide concentration and inhibition was positive.更多还原
