Mo-Bi-Fe-Co基催化剂的制备方法

【摘要】 针对共沉淀法存在的催化剂元素混合不均、比表面积小、导热差、催化剂容易失活等问题,分别采用共沉淀法和浸渍法制备了两种Mo-B i-Fe-Co基催化剂。所得浸渍法制备催化剂的最佳制备条件为:浸渍时间为6 h,浸渍液浓度为1.25 mol/L(以Mo的摩尔浓度为标准),浸渍次数为2次,柠檬酸加入量为Mo/C itric acid=1.3,煅烧温度为620℃。在温度为380℃、空速为7 200 h-1、异丁烯与空气比为6∶94的反应条件下,该催化剂的转化率和选择性分别为88.9%和68.0%。浸渍法制得的催化剂的活性明显优于共沉淀法制备的催化剂。

【Abstract】 As some questions present for the catalyst prepared method of co-precipitation such as the element can not mix well,the BET is small,the heat exchange is worse,the catalyst is easy to unactive.Two Mo-Bi-Fe-Cobased catalysts were prepared with co-precipitation and impregnation.The result of reaction showed that the catalyst with impregnation preformatted better than the one with co-precipitation.The best preparation condition was that,impregnation time 6 hours,the density of Mo in the impregnation solution was 1.25mol/L,impregation times was 2 times,Mo/Citric acid=1.3,calcine temperature was 620℃.Under the preparation condition,the catalyst preformatted the best result ,the conversion was 88.9% and selectivity was 68.0% with the reaction condition was that reaction temperature was 380℃,GSHV =7200h-1,Isobutylene/Air =6∶94.
