【摘要】 目的探讨心理干预是否有减轻乳腺癌患者术前应激反应的作用。方法将100例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为干预组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),干预组于手术前1 d由手术室护士进行心理干预,对照组按常规施术。分别测定并比较2组患者术前焦虑值、心率、收缩压和手术成功率。结果干预组患者各阶段心率、收缩压、焦虑值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),手术成功率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预可减轻乳腺癌手术患者术前心理应激反应,对保障手术顺利完成有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in relieving the stress reaction of preoperative patients with mammary cancer.Methods 100 patients with mammary cancer were divided randomly into intervention group(n=50) and control group(n=50).Psychological intervention was carried out in intervention group by nurses in operating room at one day before the operation;and control group received operation routinely.The heart rate,systolic pressure,anxiety degree and the successful rate of operation of two groups were measured and compared before operation.Results The heart rate,systolic pressure and anxiety degree of the patients in intervention group were significantly lower than that of the patients in control group(P<(0.05)) at every operative phase.The successful rate of operation of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the patients with mammary cancer,psychological intervention can relieve their stress response and has benefit to finish the operation.更多还原
