【摘要】 目的探讨臀股部巨大复发性神经纤维瘤患儿围手术期护理措施。方法2004年9月~2005年5月2例臀股部巨大复发性神经纤维瘤患儿行巨大复发性神经纤维瘤切除术。术前加强心理护理及营养支持,术后给予抗生素预防感染并行支持治疗,预防各种并发症发生,加强基础护理,正确指导卫生宣教。结果患儿手术切口愈合良好,未发生感染、出血等并发症,痊愈出院。结论围手术期合理有效的护理方法有利于巨大复发性神经纤维瘤患儿的术后恢复和预防并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of peri-operation nursing on pediatric recurrent macro-neurofibroma. Methods From September, 2004 to May, 2005, 2 cases of pediatric recurrent macro-neurofibroma located on breech and thigh were hospitalized and received macro-neurofibroma ectomy. Preoperative mental care and nutritional support were carried out to adjust the patients to the best condition for the operation. Antibiotic was used to prevent postoperative infection, and supportive treatment was carried out for other complication prevention. Basic nursing and proper health guidance was enhanced. Results The operative incision healed well and there were no complications occurred such as infection and bleeding. The children were discharged after full recovery. Conclusions Effective peri-operation nursing can profit the postoperative recovery after neurofibroma ectomy and the prevention of complications.更多还原
