【摘要】 静脉输液既是护士基础护理操作的重要内容,也是临床疾病护理中的重要手段。静脉输液作为一种迅速有效的补液和给药途径,在临床疾病的抢救、治疗和康复中占有重要地位。目前,临床静脉输液拔针后仍存在一些问题,如:按压方法不正确、按压时间不足、按压面积太小和按压力度不均匀。而这些问题与患者的配合及静脉输液拔针后的皮肤出血、皮下出血和皮下瘀血的发生率有一定的关系。了解目前国内外静脉输液后拔针按压方法的研究现状,有助于了解各种按压方法的特点、适用对象及不足,并为护士在临床操作中选择适宜的按压方法提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Venus transfusion is an important content of fundamental nursing operation, as well as an important nursing method for clinical disease. Venus transfusion occupied an important place as an effective rapid method among emergency treatment, treatment and recovery. There are some problems after needle extraction at present. For example, pressing is not correct, pressing time is insufficient, pressing area is too small, and pressing strength is uneven. But these problems have some relationship with the followings things: the patients’ cooperation, the incidence of dermorrhagia and subcutaneous hemorrhage, and the occurrence of subcutaneous stagnation of blood. The study helps us to know the characteristic of all kinds of pressings, appropriate patients, and shortcomings, and helps us to provide reference foundation for nurse in the clinical nursing works when we have understood the present research situation of pressing after needle extraction.更多还原
