【摘要】 目的探讨社区护理干预对2型糖尿病患者生活质量及生理指标的影响。方法对69例2型糖尿病患者进行为期8周的针对性社区护理干预,如糖尿病教育和心理护理等。社区护理干预完成后调查患者对教育内容掌握情况及评价,3个月后进行糖尿病生活质量量表调查,检测糖化血红蛋白、体重指数、收缩压和舒张压,并与干预前进行比较。结果干预后患者较好地掌握了健康教育的内容,干预前及3个月后生活质量及糖化血红蛋白、体重指数、收缩压和舒张压有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预能有效改善2型糖尿病患者的生活质量及生理,从而减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of community health nursing intervention on quality of life(QOL) and physiological index of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods 69 patients with type 2 DM were given community health nursing intervention for 8 weeks, which included DM health education and mental care. Master status of DM health education was evaluated after the health education. QOL, glycosylated hemoglobin, body mass index, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were detected after 3 months and compared with the data before the intervention. Results The patients with type 2 DM mastered DM knowledge well by means of health education. There were significant differences in QOL, glycosylated hemoglobin, body mass index, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before the intervention and after 3 months (P<0.05). Conclusions Community health nursing intervention can improve the QOL and physiology of the patients with type 2 DM effectively and reduce the occurrence of complication.更多还原
