【摘要】 胰肾联合移植目前是治疗1型糖尿病、部分2型糖尿病合并尿毒症最有效的方法。2001年11月1日~2005年10月31日共收治15例通过施行经膀胱引流全胰十二指肠及肾联合移植手术的患者,通过回顾性研究,总结了关于心理,输液,引流管,膀胱冲洗,术后并发症等各方面的护理。通过术后严密的观察和护理,大多数患者都顺利度过康复期,避免了严重的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Simultaneous Pancreas and Kidney Transplantation (SPKT) is an effective way for patients with DM end stage renal disease (ESRD).From Nov.1,2001 to Oct.31,2005,15 patients with SPKT received bladder drainage. Nursing experiences in psychology, fluid infusion, drainage, bladder irrigation and observation of operative complications were summarized.Most patients recoverd successfully through nursing and did not suffer serious complications .更多还原
