【摘要】 目的探讨恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后口腔炎发生的危险因素以及相应的护理措施。方法对2003年1月~2004年12月接受化疗的256例恶性淋巴瘤患者进行回顾性分析,选择性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、病期、口腔自洁、口腔环境、化疗方案等8个可能对恶性淋巴瘤化疗后口腔炎发生产生影响的因素,通过χ2检验进行单因素分析。结果256例肿瘤患者经1个化疗疗程后口腔炎的发生率为37.9%,不同年龄、文化程度、职业、病期、口腔自洁、口腔环境、化疗方案之间口腔炎发生率有显著性差异,而不同性别的口腔炎发生率无显著性差异。结论年龄、文化程度、职业、病期、口腔自洁、口腔环境、化疗方案与恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后口腔炎发生可能相关。年龄>50岁、文化程度低、体力劳动者、分期晚、口腔自洁习惯差、有齿龈病变史、BACODP和BACOP化疗方案可能是恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后口腔炎发生的危险因素。临床可通过干预上述因素预防化疗后口腔炎的发生,并在口腔炎发生后采取及时、合理的护理措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the risk factors of stomatitis in patients with lymphoma after chemotherapy and the related nursing. Methods From January, 2003 to December, 2004, 256 inpatients with lymphoma and underwent chemotherapy were analyzed retrospectively on the variables including: age, sex, educational degree, occupation, clinical stage, oral self-cleaning, oral environment, WBC count, chemotherapy regime. The data was analyzed by χ~2 test. Results After one period of treatment, the incidence of stomatitis was 37.9%. There were significant differences in the incidence of stomatitis among patients’ different age, educational degree, occupation, clinical stage, oral self-cleaning, oral environment, and chemotherapy regime. However, there was no significant difference in the incidence between female and male patients. Conclusions The factors such as age, educational degree, occupation, clinical stage, oral self-cleaning, oral environment and chemotherapy regime may be related with stomatitis in patients with lymphoma after chemotherapy. The risk factors of stomatitis in patients with lymphoma after chemotherapy are patients’ age>50 year-old, low educational degree, manual worker, advanced clinical stage, unhealthy habit of oral self-cleaning, and chemotherapy regime (BACODP or BACOP). By intervening the factors, stomatitis can be prevented and proper nursing should be taken after the patients suffer stomatitis.更多还原
