【摘要】 目的了解护士针刺伤事件在科室和时间等方面分布特点,分析护士发生针刺伤事件的可能原因,为针刺伤事件提供防治措施。方法护理风险管理委员会采用设计好的护理风险呈报表对针刺伤事件进行登记和资料收集。应用Excel软件进行数据的整理,并用SPSS 10.0统计分析软件进行相关性分析。结果临床护士针刺伤风险事件的多发区是急诊科和神经内科,2个科室占全院全年针刺伤风险事件发生率的50%,经统计学分析,护士针刺伤发生频数与科室病人数有正相关关系。结论护理风险管理对护士针刺伤事件的干预,减少了针刺伤的发生率,同时提高了针刺伤事件高发科室护士的防范意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the distribution characteristics of the events of needle-stick injury among the nursing staff,with reference to the different nursing sections and the different period.To analyze the possible factors which cause the occurrence of needle-stick injury among the nursing staff,and to provide the preventive measures against needle-stick injury.Methods The management committee of nursing risk recorded and collected the information on the incidents of needle-stick injury,by using the designed form of reporting the nursing risk.All of the information was compiled through Excel,and the correlation analysis was conducted with the computer software SPSS10.0.Results The nursing stuffs,in the emergency department and the neurology department,were often injured by needle-stick.The incidence rate of needle-stick injury in the two departments was 50% of the total rate in the whole hospital.By the statistical analysis,it was learned that there was a positive correlation between the occurrence rate of needle-stick injury and the number of patients in the department.Conclusions The intervention of the risk management of nursing staff with the aim of preventing from needle-stick injury incidents is necessary to reduce needle-stick injury and improves the protective consciousness of the nursing stuffs.更多还原
