小剂量超声波治疗脑血管病的疗效观察及护理

【摘要】 目的观察小剂量超声波治疗脑血管病的效果,了解其护理措施。方法将270例脑血管病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各135例,对照组常规治疗护理,治疗组加用北京天行健医疗器械公司生产的电脑控制SUT-500型超声波扫描脑血管治疗仪治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组总有效率为72.6%,经统计学处理,2组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论小剂量超声波治疗脑血管病,配合相应的护理措施,注重康复训练指导,可使患者恢复快、减少残疾,为提高患者的生活质量,早日回归社会,重返工作岗位起到重要的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of small dosage ultrasonic therapy on cerebrovascular disease,and to know the nursing measures for such patients.Methods 270 patients with cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into two groups,the therapy group with 135 cases and the control group with 135 cases.The control group was under regular therapy and nursing.The therapy group was additionally treated with the SUT-500 ultrasonic scan Cerebrovascular therapy instrument,produced by Beijing Tianxingjian INC.Results The total effective rate was 95.6% in the therapy group,but 72.6% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01)through a statistical processing.Conclusions In the treatment of cerebrovascular disease,small dosage ultrasonic therapy combined with the nursing measures,with an attention of the convalescent training instruction,can make the patients quickly restore and reduce the occurrence of disability among the patients.In addition,these treatment and nursing procedures can play an important role on improving the life quality of the patients,and coming back the patients into the society earlier and returning to their jobs quickly.
