【摘要】 目的探讨系统健康教育对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法将100例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各50例,研究组进行为期2年的系统健康教育,用阴性症状评定量表(SANS)、Morning Side康复状态量表(MRSS)和世界卫生组织生活质量量表(WHO.QOL-100)评价效果。结果研究组患者再入院率和入组后第1、2年末SANS、MRSS评分明显低于同期对照组,而WHO.QOL-100评分明显高于同期对照组。结论系统健康教育对提高慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量有明显的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of systematic health guidance on the life quality of the chronic schizophrenic patients.Methods 100 chronic schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.Each group had 50 cases.The study group received systematic health guidance for 2 years.The Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS) and Morning side Rehabilitation State Scale(MRSS) and WHO Quality of Life-100(QOL-100) were used to evaluate the efficacy of the patients’ rehabilitation.Results The rate of re-admission to the hospital,the scores of SANS and MRSS at the ends of the first and second years after grouped in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.But the scores of QOL-100 in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group during the same period.Conclusions Systematic health guidance can significantly improve the life quality of the chronic schizophrenic patients.更多还原
