【摘要】 目的了解医疗卫生机构压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌效果。方法采用生物指示剂(嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢片)对压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌效果进行监测。结果2002~2005年共监测2 240台压力蒸汽灭菌器,合格率为84.64%(1 896/2 240)。预真空式、下排气式、手提式灭菌器合格率分别为92.16%(235/255)、84.65%(1 114/1 316)、81.76%(547/669),差异有显著性(2χ=15.34,P<0.01)。2002~2005年监测合格率分别为76.73%、82.01%、85.58%、88.86%,差异有显著性(2χ=32.62,P<0.01)。结论压力蒸汽灭菌器监测合格率依顺序为预真空式>下排气式>手提式。只有加强人员培训,规范各项操作程序,才能使压力蒸汽灭菌合格率逐年增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the sterilization effects of different types of pressure steam sterilizer in medical and health institutions.Methods The effect of sterilization of pressure steam sterilizer was monitored using the biological indicator(Bacillus stearothermophilus).Results 2240 pressure steam sterilizers were monitored from 2002 to 2005,and the qualification rate was 84.64%((1896/2240).) The qualification rates of vacuum sterilizer,bottom sterilizer and portable sterilizer were 92.16%((235/255),) 84.65%(1114/1316) and 81.76%(547/669),respectively.There was a notable difference((χ~2=)15.34,P<0.01).The qualification rates in each year of 2002-2005 were 76.73%,82.01%,(85.58%) and 88.86%,respectively.There was a notable difference(χ~2=32.62,P<0.01).(Conclusions The) qualification rate of vacuum sterilizer is better than that of bottom sterilizer,and the qualification rate of portable sterilizer is the worst.The qualification rate of sterilization by using pressure steam sterilizer can be gradually increased year by year unless the training of the stuff is strengthened and all of the operation procedures are standardized.更多还原
