【摘要】 目的了解出院复治肺结核病人的遵医行为及健康教育对复治肺结核病人遵医行为的影响。方法将2002年6月~2004年12月曾在结核内科住院的复治肺结核病人100例随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组病人进行系统的健康教育。6个月后对2组病人遵医率、痰菌阴转率和病灶吸收好转率进行调查。结果实验组病人遵医率及痰菌阴转率和病灶吸收好转率明显高于对照组。结论对出院复治肺结核病人实施跟踪随诊及健康教育,有助于强化肺结核病人的遵医行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the compliance behaviors of discharged patients with retreated pulmonary tuberculosis,and to understand the influence of health education on patient’s treatment compliance behavior.Methods 100 discharged patients who had even been hospitalized in tuberculosis department from June,2002 to December,2004 were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group.Patients in experimental group received systematic health education.After 6 months,the rate of the treatment compliance and the sputum conversion rate and the foci absorption rate of two groups were investigated and compared.Results The rate of treatment compliance and the sputum conversion rate and the foci absorption rate of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.01).Conclusions In discharged patients with retreated pulmonary tuberculosis,consultation and health education can strengthen their treatment compliance behavior.更多还原
