【摘要】 目的探讨游泳对新生儿食乳及黄疸的影响。方法将无游泳禁忌证的住院新生儿30例作为游泳组,另选30例新生儿为对照组,将2组新生儿的24 h食乳量,第1次排黄粪时间,黄疸指数进行比较。结果游泳组24 h平均食乳量较对照组多,胎粪转黄时间较对照组早,黄疸指数明显低于对照组,经统计学处理2者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。2组新生儿的性别、体重、日龄无差异性差异(P>0.05)。结论新生儿游泳有增加食欲,促进消化、排泄,促进黄疸消退的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss effect of swimming to appetite and jaundice of newborn baby.Methods 30 inpatient babies without contraindication of swimming were included as the group of swimming and another 30 as the control group.Breast feeding amount in 24 hours,time of the first time excretion and jaundice index of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,average feeding amount in 24 hours of the group of swimming is much more,the time of the excretion turning yellow is earlier,and jaundice index is also lower.there is no marked difference in age,weight and sex between the two groups.Conclusions Swimming of newborn baby could help improve appetite as well as digestion and excertion,and promote retreat of jaundice.更多还原
