【摘要】 目的观察音乐对PPH手术患者情绪的影响。方法将200例PPH术手术患者随机分为20 min音乐治疗组与对照组。研究前后以Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)对2组患者分别进行测试,同时记录心率、血压。结果音乐可显著降低患者的心率、收缩压、舒张压(P均<0.05)。音乐组患者的焦虑得分比对照组降低(P<0.01)。音乐组患者的舒适行为比对照组多。结论音乐可明显改善PPH手术患者的生理状态,减轻焦虑反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of music therapy on the mood of patients receiving PPH surgery.Methods 200 Patients receiving PPH surgery were randomly assigned to undergo either 20 minutes of music intervention or a rest period.The patients were asked to answer self-rating anxiety scales(SAS) before and after the study,and physiological indexes were recorded before and after the study period in both groups.Results The findings indicate that patients on PPH surgery that listened to music for 20min showed greater relaxation with decreasing in physiological indexes and increasing in comfortable behaviors.Conclusions Music therapy can provide a confirmed effect on reducing potentially harmful physiological responses arising from anxiety in PPH patients.更多还原
