【摘要】 目的介绍腹腔镜下行横结肠癌根治术的手术配合体会。方法对39例横结肠癌患者进行腹腔镜下横结肠癌根治术的手术配合,包括术前的探访、心理护理、进入手术室后的进一步安慰、于气管插管全身麻醉下行腹腔镜下横结肠癌根治手术、手术全过程监测生命体征等。结果39例手术配合顺利,术中1例出现下肢静脉回流受阻,血压降低及心动过速,其余38例未出现并发症。结论术前对患者进行心理护理取得合作及物品准备周全,术中娴熟的手术配合技巧是手术顺利进行的重要保证。腹腔镜手术提高了手术质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the experience of nursing cooperation in radical correction of colon transversum carcinoma under laparoscope. Methods 39 patients with colon transversum carcinoma were used in this study. The content of nursing cooperation including visiting the patients before operation, mental nursing, further comfort in OR. All cases were anesthetized by trachea incubation and general anesthesia, and the surgeries were done under laparoscope. Vital signs were monitored during operation. Results All operations were successful, but one case occurred in the complications, the other had none. Conclusions The key points for making the surgery operation succeed includes: a good mental nursing before the operation for obtaining the patient’s cooperation, a complete preparation of all the apparatus, and the sleight in operational cooperation during the operation. And laparoscope’s surgery can improve the operation quality.更多还原
