【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对癌症病人疲劳与生活质量的影响。方法将222例住院癌症病人随机分为2组,对照组108例病人采用常规护理及传统的卫生宣教,实验组114例病人在采用常规护理的基础上运用护理程序进行干预。结果实验组病人疲劳缓解程度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运用护理程序进行干预,能缓解癌症病人的疲劳,提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on fatigue and quality of life of patients with cancer.Methods 222 patients with cancer were divided into two groups.The control group(108 cases)was given routine nursing and traditional health education.The observation group(114 cases)was cared with nursing process on the basis of routine nursing.Results The fatigue alleviation of the patients in observation group was significantly better than that of the patients in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Using nursing process to conduct nursing intervention for patients with cancer can reduce their fatigue and improve their quality of life.更多还原
