【摘要】 目的探讨观察经颈外浅静脉注射异丙酚用于无痛人流的临床观察及护理措施。方法采取随机分组方法将150例无痛人流的早孕妇女分为3组,每组50例,观察在人工流产前通过选用不同的外周浅静脉注射异丙酚为观察组,观察3组患者的感觉症状。结果3组导致疼痛效果比较有显著性差异,用药量、苏醒时间、血氧饱和度3组无明显性差异。结论经颈外静脉注射异丙酚降低对外周血管刺激效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical observation and nursing of applying propofol via outer jugular vein in painless induced abortion.Methods 150 women who were early-pregnancy and received painless induced abortion were divided randomly into 3 groups and 50 cases in each group.The women who were injected propofol via peripheral superficial vein before painless induced abortion were regarded as observation group.The feeling and symptoms of patients in 3 groups were observed.Results There was significant difference in pain among 3 groups.However,there were not significant differences in dose,awake time,SPO₂ among 3 groups.Conclusions Injecting propofol via outer jugular vein has obvious effect of decreasing the stimulation of propofol on peripheral vein.更多还原
