【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者康复的影响。方法对70例RA患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组在临床治疗和康复训练过程中采用常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上采用全程护理干预措施,即心理干预、认知干预及行为干预。结果观察组与对照组比校,观察组组患者晨僵时间、日常活动能力、关节活动痛明显改善。结论全程护理干预有利于类风湿关节炎患者的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods 70 patients with RA were divided randomly into two groups: observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing during clinical treatment and rehabilitation training;patients in observation group were treated with nursing intervention(mental intervention,recognition intervention and behavior intervention) on the basis of routine nursing.Results Compared with control group,the improvement of morning stiffness time,daily living activity and joint motion pain of patients in observation group were more significantly.Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitation of patients with RA.更多还原
