【摘要】 目的探讨38%酒精纱布外敷对药物刺激所致静脉炎的防治作用。方法用38%酒精纱布块外敷及温热水纱布块外敷,观察对44例由易善复所致静脉炎的治疗结果。结果38%酒精纱布外敷对静脉炎有良好的治疗作用,其中对轻、中、重三型静脉炎的平均治愈时间分别为1.5 h、5.1 h及24.1 h;温热水纱布外敷的平均治愈时间分别为6.2 h2、3.3 h及48.3 h,2组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论38%酒精纱布外敷对药物刺激引起静脉炎有良好的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe preventive and therapeutic effect of 38% alcohol gauze applying on phlebitis induced by medicine.Methods Applying 38% alcohol gauze and warm water gauze on 44 cases of phlebitis patients induced by Essential Forte,the therapeutic effect was observed.Results 38% alcohol gauze had better therapeutic effect on phlebitis,the average curing time of light,middle and heavy phlebitis were 1.5h,5.1h 24.1h;But the average curing time of phlebitis applying warm water gauze were 6.2h,23.3h,48.3h,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).(Conclusions 38% alcohol) gauze applying has better preventive and therapeutic effect on phlebitis Induced by medicine.更多还原
