【摘要】 目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗患者健康教育指导模式。方法对1711例患者采用计划式、随机式、群体式、个体式、口头讲解式、回答式、示范式健康教育方式和实施术前、术中、术后健康教育指导方式。结果病人和家属对LASIK手术有了进一步了解,加强自我护理的能力,预防并发症的发生,加快术后恢复。结论实施健康教育,使病人减少心理应激反应,增强对手术信心,掌握自我保健知识和技能,提高促进手术的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discover the mode of health education in patient who will undergo LASIK. Methods 1711 patients are given project, random, colony, oral, ask answer, example, individual health-education direction mode respectively and preoperative, operative and postoperative health-education direction mode. Results The patients and their family numbers know more about LASIK, strengthen the ability of self-nursing and prevent the complications, quicken the recovery after LASIK. Conclusions Implementing health education can decrease stress, strengthen the belief of operation, grasp the knowledge and skill of self-health care, improve the operation effect.更多还原
