【摘要】 目的探讨CT引导下肝肿瘤经皮穿刺酒精注射(PEI)治疗患者的护理。方法对19例原发或继发肝肿瘤患者实施在CT引导下行PEI,手术前予心理护理,讲解手术过程,减轻患者焦虑恐惧心理;指导术中配合方法,术中密切观察病情变化,配合处理患者术中不适;术后根据病人情况予以监测生命体征、吸氧、输液、护肝、止痛等对症治疗。结果19例患者术中情绪稳定,配合得当,治疗过程顺利,酒精弥散良好,复查显示肿瘤均有不同程度缩小,治疗效果满意。结论PEI治疗肝肿瘤,具有创伤小、适用范围广、疗效确切等优点。术前心理护理,术中密切观察病情变化,正确引导使患者掌握恰当的配合方法,及时处理术中患者不适是使治疗成功的有力保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing of percutaneous liver carcinoma ethanol injection under CT guidance. Methods Percutaneous ethanol injection (PEI)were performed under the CT guidance in 19 patients with primary or secondary liver carcinoma. Mental care and operation procedure explaining were carried out to relieve patients’ worry before operation. The nursing during operation process included teaching the patients cooperation method, observing the change of patients’ conditions and helping doctor to handle the patients’ discomfort. The nursing after operation was giving therapies such as observation of patients’ body signs, oxygen inhaling, transfusion, ease their pain and so on according to patients’ symptom. Results The process of the operation was smooth and the therapy results was satisfied due to the patients’ stable emotion and suitable cooperation as well as good diffusion of the ethanol during operation procedure. Conclusions PEI for liver carcinoma has the advantage of mini-wound, extensive application scope and reliable effects. The strong guarantee for success of the therapy are mental care for the patients before operation, observing the change of patient’ conditions, helping the patient to master the correct cooperation methods and handling patients’ discomfort timely during operation.更多还原
