【摘要】 在社会主义市场经济体制中,最低工资保障制度是社会和谐的稳定剂,是经济发展的助推器。我国实施最低工资保障制度已走过十三个春秋,从十三年的实践看,还存在一些缺失与不足,国家颁布的《最低工资规定》还没有真正得到落实。《最低工资规定》能够真正得到落实,关键是最低工资保障制度能够逐步在整体机制上得到完善。不仅要完善立法,还必须在执法、管理、监督、协调上进一步得到完善。只有这样最低工资保障制度才能真正发挥其作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the socialist market economic system,a minimum wage guarantee system stability is the agent of social harmony,economic development boosters.China’s implementation of a minimum wage guarantee system has gone through 13 years,there are still some deficiencies and shortcomings,the state promulgated the "minimum wage"has not really been implemented."Minimum wage"will be truly,the key requirement is a minimum wage guarantee system has been able to gradually improve the overall mechanism.Not only to improve legislation,but also in law enforcement,management,supervision,and further improve coordination.Only in this way can we truly minimum wage guarantee system to play its role.更多还原
