【摘要】 社会保障法律制度的建设,在我国还是一项长期的任务,但作为社会主义市场经济法律体系中的社会保障法律制度,其建设的如何,效力发挥的如何,是否能在法治框架内解决社会保障中的问题,不仅关系到市场经济的健康发展和稳定运行,而且也关系到社会保障在构建和谐社会中所发挥的作用。目前我国的社会保障法律制度建设还十分滞后,还有不少法律空白尚需填补,特别是在社会保障法律制度中有些关系的处理还不够明晰,基于以上认识,本文对社会保障法律制度建设应处理好的五个方面关系进行了阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The legal system of social security building in the country is a long-term task,but as a socialist market economy legal system,legal system of social security,the building will be,how effective play,whether in the framework of the rule of law to address the social security issue is not only related to the market economy and healthy development and stability operations,but also to build a harmonious society in the social security role.At present,China’s social security system still lags behind the law,there are still many legal gaps to be filled,especially in the legal system of social security relations with some clarity is not enough,based on the above understanding,this article on the legal system of social security should be dealt with the building of good relations between the five areas described.更多还原
