我国医药知识产权的现状及策略研究
A Research of Situation and Strategy on Intellectual Property Rights of Medicine
【摘要】 知识产权是近年的研究热点,在客观地介绍了中国医药知识产权现状之后,分析评价了我国医药知识产权的不足,并提出知识产权的研究策略。
【Abstract】 The research of intellectual property right is a hot spot recently.This article introduces the situation of inteileetual proprty rights of medicine objedively,and analyzes the insufideney of it in China,and proposes the strategy how to research it.
