【摘要】 本文从分析反垄断中反行政垄断入手,剖析了石油产业的垄断现实,论述了反“油垄断”的必要性。用事实及案例说明了石油系统垄断的危害和弊端,提出要打破石油寡头垄断格局不仅需要开放竞争,完善市场体制,还需要出台有效的反垄断法以遏制垄断势力的进一步扩张,进而从体制上根本解决我国石油系统现存的问题。更多还原
