【Abstract】 The work of school’s management can be divided in half—control and coordination.In the current study,control is ignored and even neglected,however,coordinination is focused on and affirmed because of the influence of some thoughts such as human-centered thinking.We can found out there is no general managing method through some analysis such as on human nature.We should study not only the theories of management,but also our realities.Different ways must be adopted according to different situations.Any extreme action is not rational.更多还原
