【摘要】 我国高等职业院校多数是由中专升格成立的,人们对高等职业技术教育还缺乏足够的认识,对高等职业院校存有种种疑虑或误解,尤其是高职教师的思想观念还没有完全转变过来,还没有完全弄清高职人才培养的特征和要求,还不能完全适应高等职业技术教育快速发展的要求,有相当一部分教师的整体素质有待于进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is well known that the higher professional colleges in our country are most promoted from middle professional schools. People not only lack enough understanding to the higher vocational-technical education but also have all sorts of anxieties or the misunderstanding to it. Higher-vocational teacher’s thought hasn’t transformed completely in particular. Some of them can’t clarify the request of higher vocational college and also cannot adapt the fast development of higher vocational-technical education.
