互补件排样优化算法的研究
Research on the Optimized Layout Algorithm of Complementary Parts
【摘要】 对下料件排样问题进行了深入分析,提出一种互补件排样优化算法.以该算法为核心的排样系统能够根据下料件的图形信息,自动快速地确定排样参数,具有计算速度快、板材利用率高的优点.
【Abstract】 This paper puts forward an optimized layout algorithm of complementary parts based on thoroughly analyzing the layout problem of blanking parts.The layout system,based on the kernel of this algorithm,can confirm the optimized parameters automatically and fleetly according to the figure information of blanking parts,and has two advantages of the fast calculating speed and high plating utilization ratio.
