【摘要】 目的探讨哮喘病人缓解期医嘱依从性对哮喘缓解期治疗效果的影响,通过护理干预提高哮喘病人缓解期医嘱依从性,从而达到巩固疗效、预防复发的目的。方法将入院诊断为哮喘的出院病人随机分为对照组和实验组,针对实验组病人实施护理干预,对两组病人医嘱依从性及哮喘症状复发率进行比较。结果实验组病人较对照组病人医嘱依从性好,哮喘症状复发率低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对缓解期哮喘病人进行护理干预,是提高病人医嘱依从性,预防和减少哮喘复发的有力措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the impact of compliance on the treatment effect in patients with asthma during remission stage,and to improve patients’ compliance through nursing intervention,in order to strengthen the treatment effect and prevent relapse.Method Patients diagnosed with asthma were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.The patients in experimental group received nursing intervention.Then patients’ compliance and recurrence rate of asthma symptoms were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the patients’ compliance was significantly better and the recurrence rate of asthma symptoms was significantly lower in the experimental group(P<0.01).Conclusion The nursing intervention could improve patients’ compliance in remission stage and reduce the recurrence of asthma symptoms.更多还原
